 OK, yeah.  It is just a warning.

I'm still working on characterizing the failure to generate a library bug.  I
think it is because there are only CUDA generated object files in it (i.e.
no .cpp files).  I didn't have a chance to test this until now, because we
didn't have support for VS 2012 until recently (it requires CUDA 5.5 and it
took us a bit of time to get our project working with CUDA 5.5).
