I retried with master (7ccecee4f10036a74942ca406dcd4a7b41f291b4) but the
problem seems to persist.
Suspiciously enough I got the same leakage while bootstrapping ninja
itself this time but they don't seem to be using msvc_deps_prefix in the
build.
