I just put VS 2013 Professional on it within the last two weeks. It
might be the original release of VS 2013... I have to install Update 4
for it, but won't be able to get to that until tomorrow.

So: original VS 2013 Pro, all optional components installed.

Will this magically go away if I apply the Update 4 tomorrow....?

Let me know if you need more specific information, or if you'd like me
to try something before you push a commit with a fix.

Thanks,
David
