I extracted .zip with WinRAR. Since you said extracting the .zip is expected to work,I uninstall CMake and extracting the .zip again. It's works well this time. No only that, I've done the same thing(extracting and run directly) on another clean machine,it also works well. It's strange,right? Maybe I did some stupid things when i extracted CMake the first time.Who knows. Thank you again for your help!
