Summary: Add support for lists inside generator expressions
Description:
Right now it's not possible to specify lists inside generator expressions. E.g.
both
$<$<CONFIG:Debug>:-O0 -g>
and
$<$<CONFIG:Debug>:"-O0;-g">
break code.
