Summary: NetBSD: curses compatibility
Description:
cmake uses ncurses internals to handle a borderline case.
This fails to build with NetBSD's curses.

Steps to Reproduce:
Build on NetBSD with the native curses library.

Additional Information:
The attached patch doesn't use implemention-details of ncurses to see
if the overloading behavior of REQ_DEL_PREV is active, just undos any
damage it may have done.
