Great, thanks.  I updated the comment and commit message slightly and
applied it:

 cmake_parse_arguments: Restore ;-list argument flattening

I've queued this for merge to 'release' for inclusion in 3.5.0-rc3.

Please also follow up with some test cases that add ";" "\\;" "\\\\;"
etc. within arguments to make sure they are treated the same way as
before.
