[CMake] CMAKE_MFC_FLAG

Folks,

In VXL, we set CMAKE_MFC_FLAG to 6 to link against MFC. Miguel (a VXL
developer) noticed that the new CMake documentation says this should
be 0, 1 or 2. Was there some change in this flag from the 0.x days of
CMake?
