There is still the problem with the INSTALL() command.The behavior have changed in version 2.4.7: the symlinks are now copied, but the content of the file pointed by the symlink was copied in version 2.4.6 (and earlier).
This is a backward compatibility breakage. The default behavior should be reverted to the 2.4.6 one, and the current behavior should be available as an option.
Currently, this problem breaks the installation of itk with java wrappers on mac os x.
