It does not yet exist. If you would like to contribute one, I would be
happy
to coordinate getting it into the CMake code base. If not, it may just be
an
idea for some time to come...
Some people were talking about using the InstallJammer installer into CPack:

WiX does not seem to be portable to other platform than Windows.
Neither are the generator targets, so what? Or do you meant that the
installers cannot be created when compiling cross-platform like now
with NSIS?
