You misunderstood me. I know those instruction very well.
Older SDKs suggest a manual setup like the other URL that you posted. The last
SDK that I installed had a start menu entry for fully automated setup,
though.
OK, cool, are there instructions for this on an MS site? I will update
the wiki (or you can...)
