I'm not sure what you expected from the 'cmake
-DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=foobar' - my toolchain file is called
toolchain.cmake
I wanted to make sure you got an error, and cmake was at least trying to
use the tool chain file from the command line. However, I think Andreas
has given you the answer you need right?
