You should run mysqlcheck:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mysqlcheck.html
The command:
mysqlcheck --repair cdash build2group
should work but you should also do a
mysqlcheck --repair cdash
to repair the full database as other stuff maybe broken.
It probably means that the MySQL server has not been shut down properly.
