Yes, it does, CMake uses this for installing the command line tools.
SET(CPACK_POSTFLIGHT_SCRIPT "@CMAKE_POSTFLIGHT_SCRIPT@")
SET(CPACK_POSTUPGRADE_SCRIPT "@CMAKE_POSTUPGRADE_SCRIPT@")
