1. Remove your build and source tree
2. Get a new copy of the source tree
3. Do an out of source build
mkdir build
cd build
../cmakesource/bootstrap --prefix=$MYINSTALLPREFIX
make
There is an issue with bootstrapping more than once and in-source builds
of cmake.
