Another way to do this without the insane \\\\\\\\\\\\\ stuff, is to use
a configured file like CMake does:
CONFIGURE_FILE("${CMake_SOURCE_DIR}/CMakeCPackOptions.cmake.in"
"${CMake_BINARY_DIR}/CMakeCPackOptions.cmake" @ONLY)
SET(CPACK_PROJECT_CONFIG_FILE
"${CMake_BINARY_DIR}/CMakeCPackOptions.cmake")
The file referenced by CPACK_PROJECT_CONFIG_FILE will be loaded by cpack
at package time.
