1. Fixed. Please find the updated files attached. I don't think there's any
duplication in the info present in the header files now, but feel free to
shuffle the headers around as deemed fit.

2. I've also updated the cmake-syntax.vim file to reflect the additional
commands and keywords available as of cmake-2.8.1 .

Both changes have been committed into upstream cmake :
