What is in this file:
Bootstrap.cmk/cmake_bootstrap.log
Not finding java should not be a fatal error.
Try starting from a clean source tree and do this:
mkdir build
cd build
../CMake/bootstrap >& output
then send output and
Bootstrap.cmk/cmake_bootstrap.log back to the list unless you find out
what went wrong.
