Indeed, ctest built from git works perfectly (I haven't touched CDash).
Since I prefer my machines to have cmake 2.8.2 I have only replaced
ctest 2.8.2 with the git-ctest. I hope this does not cause troubles, so
far everything seems good.
Depends on how you use ctest. If you run any of the ctest scripting
stuff to do configures for projects, it will use the cmake that is built
into it.
