Make sure it is a new bug, that used to work in the past.
Please notice: I'm using the VS2010 Express Version. Sometimes things
are here different.
I downloaded cmake-2.8.3-rc1-win32-x86.exe from this source
www.cmake.org/files/v2.8/?C=M;O=D
We were able to reproduce and should have a fix soon.
