set(CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS "${CMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS} /stack:64000000") Also, if you want to apply this to only a single target, you should probably use the LINK_FLAGS target property instead. There you don't have to worry about appending.
