I have recently tried Ninja with CMake 2.8.8 RC2.
Are there known serious problems? It seems things are not always rebuilt
when I touch indirectly included headers.
Also, is IMPLICIT_DEPENDS on custom commands supposed to be supported?
It doesn't seem to work.
