I'm using CMake 2.8.8 to generate VS2012 RC projects in Win 7 (with last updates), I have no such problem. The only problems I have seems to have been fixed in the trunk for CMake 2.8.9 but I didn't try.
I never seen the problem you present, but if you use the same version of CMake than me, then it's related to the OS or the version of VS that you use... Joel Lamotte
