Other than naming them explicitly with a -E regex on the command line or an EXCLUDE argument to ctest_test, no, there is presently no way to do that.
This issue ( http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=8466 ) has a patch attached to it which may (or may not) be of interest to you.
