You don't use find_package when add_subdirectory, just 
target_link_library(<target name by Bullet>).

I'm not sure if this is frowned upon or not, but it does work, and shouldn't 
change that often or anything. Strictly speaking it's a bit dirty though.

Thing is, why is bullet build by you? Do you need it in this repository, and to 
be build by your root cmake? If not, just build it, install it, and use 
find_package. It's a lot cleaner.
