s/lib/${CMAKE_STATIC_LIBRARY_PREFIX}/
s/.a/${CMAKE_STATIC_LIBRARY_SUFFIX}/

${CMAKE_SHARED_LIBRARY_PREFX}
${CMAKE_SHARED_LIBRARY_SUFFX}
PREFIX will be blank for windows platforms and SUFFIX appropriate .lib or
.dll (.a, .so )
