I downloaded the most recent version of CMake in the master and built is with VS 12 2013 64bit. I ran the debug version on the Wikiexamples and it consumed over 4GB of memory. It seemed to run to completion after about 4h and I could close it but it did not exit normally as the Visual Studio IDE hung waiting for it to terminate (cmake-gui did vanish from the task manager but no memory was released). I tried this twice and the same thing happens. The call stack is empty in the VS IDE.
