Hi everyone,  I have a resident who is aware for the need to void but bec of decrease muscle strength he's unable to use urinal. He refuse to be assisted by staff.urinal to be placed to him. Had polio since he was a child.He said he would rather do it in the diaper. He used to do it when he was previous facility. How would you code this? Incontinent ? Thanks. Faye
