I have another question r/t recerts. You know how it states on /or before. 44 th day. What is the proper way to date a recert when the skilled services were d/c before the itialic date. EX: LCD 10.24.03 this is the resident's 36 th day of part A . Do you write on the date line LCD or do you write above the line the LCD then what level of care they then went to:
sign on . or befor the 44 th day.
