I am at home, and so this is from memory. I believe that checking radiation in section P will classify as clinically complex. This is enough for presumption of coverage on admission. For skilled service, I use skilled observation and monitoring, with daily progress notes regarding the course of radiation, any s/sx related to radiation or to the dx they are receiving treatment for, any side effects, complications, etc.
