I have not seen a reply to this question so I'll give info for both.
If you have netscape you will need to download the plug in to access the Casper
on-line reports. If you have explorer you won't need the plug in for the Casper
reports but explorer does not work well with the Java applet needed to
access the QIs under analytical reports. For the Casper reports after you put in
your user name and password you click reports and request the report that
you want. There is a list that you can request to let you know what is
available. After your request is submitted click folders and you will be able to
access and print the report you requested. For the QIs go to analytical reports,
wait for the grey box to load that says request reports and click on it and
then follow along the directions to request the reports you want. You can either
go with the typical 6 month report period or you can customize your report
period by clicking the appropriate items. I do this so often you would
think I could give better guidance but I don't even think about it so this is
probably not the greatest directions. If you need more
