When the MPAF oor short form was introduced, it was originally an option for PPS assessments that were not also OBRA assessments. Our vendor made us pay extra for the form for PPS use, and when the state of NJ mandated the MPAF for the OBRA quarterly, the option was extended. Our software always has allowed the print option of any form that the user requested.
