I would but then I got burnt for not covering in a similar situation. Family requested a demand bill and Medicare paid----for 30days no less!! Just monitor documentation closely for MD visits/order changes, behavior interventions etc. I normally cut them pretty quickly unless there is evidence of instability of condition.
