I have a question for the group. I am working on the 672/802
forms. And I am not sure what to do about what I am supposed to do
with one of my res. He had a foley cath. Dc'd by the urologist, but
was started on intermitent self cathing.
The definiton for F94 of the 672 is for an indwelling/external
catheter. eg are foley cath and suprapubic cath. My question is
this, he is cont. of bladder, and does use the stool to empty his bladder, (but
empyting with cath is main way), do I put the intermitent cathing here? Not do
anything withit on this form, what do I do?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
