I am holding inservices with the GNA staff on ADL documentation. I want to
make sure I am correct in telling them that Locomotion off the unit does not
include dinning room, activity area, and solarium on the same floor. We have
a 4 story building. I consider Locomotion off the unit to mean, how they get
to therapy, beauty shop, chapel etc. All the dinning rooms are on the same
floor as the resident's room. Am I right in my interpretation?
