would call M&S and see what they say. You could Inactivate the assessment,
but I don't have much confidence that doing so would actually change the
resident's status in the database.
-----Original Message-----I accidentally, of course, submitted a significant change MDS, out of sequence, to Meyers and Stauffer after the discharge. This placed the resident back in the states data bank. Now how do I remove this resident from the active list on the QI report as she keeps coming up since July?
