Check and change programs CANNOT be coded as scheduled toileting plans on the MDS. The source information can be found on page 3-125 of the revised manual. Under "Clarification" it states "Changing wet garments is not included in this concept. A "program" refers to a specific approach that is organized, planned, documented, monitored and evaluated.
