Hey group, ? for ya. A sister facility called and wanted some input. They had a new person measure contractures and coded them incorrectly on the MDS's of some 80+ residents. They found it when it came up with 97 contractures on their QI report. They now want to fix all of these assessments. Do they need to send a correction on all of those in error?
