I have a math work sheet we use here in Fl. I will see if my office has it in WORD, if not I will fax it to you. It is for nurses and CNAs. very simple to do. also for have ALFs. staff.
Does anyone have an acuity staffing model, matrix, worksheet, that they use to calculate # CNAs and # nurses needed based on the # of residents, and the resident's acuity, particularly ADL needs, they would be willing to share with me; my email and fax are below, thanks in advance.
