MDS AUDIT FORM?

I would like to get our building up to speed with auditing MDS'.  Are there any forms to aid in this?  Does anyone have suggestions? I am thinking that auditing would be excellent but am torn between time lapse (before or after submission).  I vote for before to avoid modifications, etc.  But my counterpart would not agree due to "not having time".
