The record is not invalid, so inactivation would not be appropriate.  Since it is an error in a valid record, the modification process should be used to correct the error.  Since it is not a "major" error in a clinical assessment that that significantly misrepresents the resident's clinical status, a Significant Correction assessment would not be appropriate.
