I would continue to skill until resident reached baseline or
stabliztion with current POC. Request HHN, record minutes providing
resp therapy including lung sounds, oxygen saturations and set up for
section P1d. It sounds to me as if she is experiencing an acute
episode of a chronic illness at this time.
