How do you use it to determine acuity for each unit?  Does your software do that for you?  I have been inquiring about this subject within my facility and would be interested in knowing what you use.

Same here.  Our software calculates it by facility and by unit.  It also calculates an adl index score.  We use it for staffing and to determine acuity for each unit.
