Hi Theresa, Just heard this week that if you turn 65 during a hospital stay, that hospital stay as well as any needed SNF stay will not be covered under Med A. I thought you received your medicare card the month of your 65th birthday. Can you confirm this information? thanks. Jeanne

completed 100 MCR days on 10/3/03. She went to hosp. 11/14/03 and readmit
back to our facility 11/17/03. My question is, is it before she reach 60
days or after 60 days.
