I work as MDS coordinator in one facility and PRN staff nurse in another facility. Both facilities use the slilent knight. In one facility the staff love them, but in the other facility some of the nurses refuse to use anything other than the old loud type, and one nurse even uses a mortar and pestle. (Theses are the one who always c/o that we've never done it thgis way before...) Personally,I prefer the silent knight.

We have one that is quiet, but the nurses are complaining it take to long with the volume of meds being given, in comparison to old loud pill crusher which was faster. Thanks in advance.
