I'm not sure what you are asking exactly. But there are numerous entries in the RAI manual stating that you must sign the document and date it the day that it was actually signed. It is acceptable to sign the RAPs when they are completed and it is not necessary to wait for a "due date." The RAPS need to be completed within 14 days of admission or within 14 days of the ARD of an annual ( within 366 days of previous Vb2). They can be signed earlier than that though, if they are complete. If you mean, can you stop by the facility on your day off to sign something due then I think that the answer is yes.
