I agree with Brenda. Our facility
bought mattresses a few years back that administration thought were pressure
relieving but in the final analysis (post survey and of course with a pending
citation) it was determined they were only pressure reducing. Fortunately
I had scored the MDS ‘s properly or it would have been worse.
