I agree with Corey - too expensive, but great
magazine and the free samples help. AANAC is better.

Can't afford to subscribe to it due to it's very
high cost for individual RN's w/o facility subsidy. However, almost
every article has something of use or value in it that I have been able to
read, either on-line or that belonged to someone else. Every so often, they'll
send you a sample copy to get you to subscribe, and I have found those to be
of benefit.
