RE: mattresses

We are looking for new mattresses for our beds on our rehab. unit.  Currently, we have winged mattresses which are interfering with the mobility of many of these residents.  We would like to purchase some flat mattresses with pressure reduction components if possible.  I would appreciate anyone's input regarding resources we can check out.
