Hi Group, my administrator wanted me to ask if anyone uses the Comparison of Medicare Indices and Staff Time Minutes to determine their staffing. It is a form figuring our nursing minutes needed (including cna minutes) based on RUG scores. If you have used it would you please let me know how accurate you found it. Thanks, Ellen
